  I have been forced to amend my previous review. When I left this review, they were promising to either repair my bathroom or give me my money back. Here we are many months later and they have followed through with giving me a refund instead of attempting any repair. It took them months to send the team back to my house to tear out bathroom. During the tear-up, the walls were smashed, my energy management controller was knocked off the wall and destroyed and nearly $1000 worth on solid surface Corian that we originally supplied to the job was scratched and severly damaged. We then hired another company to tile our bathroom and found that the shower drain was almost completely clogged with grout and needed to be cleared before we could move forward. We have not been made whole on any of those losses and my bathroom remains unfinished until the Corian is repaired/replaced. As soon as I left them the a good review, the customer service ended. You can read all of my reviews and note that I do not gripe and complain like many reviewers do. They have simply not allowed me to let the previous good review to unabridged. This is the review left Fall 2016: Companies can be judged both by what they do well and on how they treat their customers when things don’t go well. In either case, I can strongly recommend Great Western Flooring. Their installers are courteous and friendly. They remember that your house is your home. Their designers are energetic and enthusiastic with a great knowledge and love for the products they sell. I can talk all day about the things that they do well, but they already have plenty of customers that will rave about jobs they have completed…perfectly. This is a review from a customer where things didn’t go well. When the job was done, we weren’t satisfied. We had representatives at our house including the designer, the service manager and finally the owner. At the end of the day the entire organization proved that they are dedicated to customer service. You can use them without any reservation. Great Western Flooring is a company without parallel who addressed a difficult situation that left an unsatisfied customer…completely satisfied. You won’t be disappointed with any company that displays that type of dedication.
