  Sheila was helpful and kind. This was the first major mattress purchase I made, and this matress store was the second I visited that day. She went well out of her way to share with me her knowledge of the mattress industry. She also gave me what I think was an extremely fair deal on a quality setup. I was expecting to deal with a corporate entity, so it was extremely refreshing to interact with a normal person willing to help and go over your individual needs/budget etc.

  Understaffed. Single sales rep was closing a deal and left in the middle of our conversation. I get that a bird in hand is better than one in the bush, but still left me without help. Left after 10 more minutes of self browsing.
